This presentation will demonstrate that developing a working knowledge and shared understanding of educational neuroscience is one of the most transformative acts that a school can undertake, with the power to enhance teaching and learning at all levels.   Mind, Brain, Education (MBE) science is a rapidly developing field and it is essential that teachers and administrators stay informed with current research findings and actively seek opportunities to translate research into practice in their unique learning environments.  Through this workshop, we will explain the fundamentals of neuroscience and how it underpins all great teaching and learning, challenge common neuromyths and guide participants in creating a plan for their next steps with implementing MBE science in their contexts.  This will be beneficial for all teachers and administrators, who will leave this session with current research, references and opportunities to continue developing their understanding of MBE beyond the scope of this session.
